Wand Assembly

Mounting Instructions

1.) Lay the brush assembly next to the wand and position the clips and clamps as shown.  2 clips and 3 clamps are provided.

2.)  The clips rest on the leading edge of the wand head.  Position the clips approximately as shown then rest the wand head on the floor.

3.)  Locate and align the two slots in the brush head with the two clips.  Rotate the brush head up and against the wand head.  Insure both clips are in place and the assembly is centered on the wand.  If the 1 inch strap is not already attached, slip it into place.

** IMPORTANT **

After attaching the mounting strap as shown in Step 3, mark the desired bend point with a felt pen.  Then bend the strap over the edge of a table 1/8" below the mark.  This will put pressure on the mounting clips ensuring that the brush is held securely.

Continue on to Step 4.

4.) With the 1 inch strap attached to the brush head, bend it towards the handle by pulling up on the strap and down over the wand.  Secure the strap with the lower clamp.  Insure the brush head is firmly attached to the wand.  If not, loosen the clamp, pull up the strap, and re-tighten.

CAUTION: Note the 1 inch strap has a flange on both ends.  Insure the flange is facing up and away from the wand tubing so it's resting flush against the wand neck.

5.)  Attach the trigger to the wand, using 2 clamps as shown.  Adjust the trigger by sliding it up and down the wand until the trigger comfortably fits your hand.

6.)  Complete the assembly by using the nylon tie to secure the cable.  Leave a generous loop in the cable to prevent any kinks.  Locate the tie approximately 3 inches above the wand neck.
